Return Policy – SkreenLock.xyz
At SkreenLock.xyz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions (EU Purchases Only):
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original, complete packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Items will be inspected upon return before any refund is issued. Products that are damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition may be rejected or refunded partially.
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@zaagbot.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after successful inspection of the returned product.
Non-EU Orders:
For customers outside the EU:
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- You may be required to pay import duties or taxes in your country.
- Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes will not be refunded.
- If a package is returned for this reason, you may request it to be resent at your own expense.
Packages not returned (received) within 14 days after the acceptance of the return (confirmation by Skreenlock by email) will not be refunded.
